Before turning off your TV, always make sure to exit the channel you are watching and return to the GatewayHD home screen. Only turn off your TV once you are back at the home screen.
If you do not exit properly, the stream may continue running in the background. This can increase data usage and may cause you to exceed your monthly data limit or trigger ISP warnings.
Always follow the correct exit steps to ensure proper app performance and data control.
