You can lock specific categories in the GatewayHD app (such as Adult content or other unwanted categories like language-based sections) using the Parental Lock feature.
How to Enable Parental Lock
- From the GatewayHD home screen (Live TV / Movies / Series), scroll up and right to open Settings and select it.
- Select Parental Lock.
- When prompted, create and enter your new PIN using the remote arrow keys.
- A list of categories will appear. Next to each category is a lock icon.
- Click the lock icon to lock or unlock the category. A closed lock means it is restricted.
- Repeat for any categories you want to restrict.
- Once complete, the selected categories will be hidden or restricted from viewing.
This helps control content access and may also improve overall app organization and performance.
