To bypass restrictions imposed by your Internet Service Provider (ISP), follow the instructions below based on your provider.
🇺🇸 English Instructions
1. AT&T
- Install and open Smart Home Manager: Click here
- Tap Home Network Hardware
- Tap WiFi Gateway
- Tap Advanced Settings
- Tap Firewall
- Tap Security Options
- Disable Security Options
2. Comcast / Xfinity
- Open the Xfinity xFi app
- Go to Network
- Under Security, disable Protected Browsing
3. Verizon
- Open the My Fios app
- Tap Home
- Tap Internet
- Go to Home Network Protection
- Turn it OFF if enabled
4. Spectrum
- Open the MySpectrum app
- Adjust Security Shield settings
- Disable filtering if enabled
5. T-Mobile
- Open the T-Mobile or T-Life app
- Go to Manage
- Select Scam Shield → Scam Block
- Turn OFF the toggle
- If using Scam Shield Premium, disable or remove it
🇪🇸 Spanish Instructions
1. AT&T
- Instalar y abrir Smart Home Manager: Click aquÃ
- Pulsar Home Network Hardware
- Pulsar WiFi Gateway
- Pulsar Advanced Settings
- Pulsar Firewall

- Desactivar Security Options
2. Comcast / Xfinity
- Abrir la app Xfinity xFi
- Ir a Network
- Desactivar Protected Browsing en Security

- Abrir My Fios
- Ir a Home → Internet
- Desactivar Home Network Protection
4. Spectrum
- Entrar a MySpectrum
- Modificar Security Shield
- Desactivar protección si está activa
5. T-Mobile
- Abrir T-Mobile o T-Life
- Ir a Manage
- Seleccionar Scam Shield → Scam Block
- Apagar (OFF)
- Desactivar o cancelar Scam Shield Premium si aplica
